The Rockets Football team picked up their first playoff victory this past Friday with a 36-13 win over Ulysses! The Rockets dominated the game on the ground as they’ve done plenty of times this year as Senior KJ Jones and Junior Kai Kirchoff-Jones combined for 3 touchdowns on the ground. Senior Sebastian Bentley also cashed in for a score! Senior Abe Piper had a hat trick of turnovers for the Rockets defense including two interceptions and a scoop and score!
Up next the Rockets will travel to take on 7-2 Wellington in the second round of the playoffs on November 7th at 7 PM. This game will take place at Wellington.
