The Rocket boys’ soccer team plays tonight against Mulvane at their stadium. The junior varsity game starts at 6:00pm, the varsity game will begin after the junior varsity game is finished. The Rocket boys are heading into the season 1-0 after their victory against Eudora last week. In last season's matchup the Rockets defeated Mulvane 8-0.
Mulvane has several key players this season, including Cole Zimmerman, Kristopher Paul, and Parker Slayton. Rockets head coach Jerry Treat says, “This is our derby match of this year, and a must-win game.” If you see a soccer player today make sure to wish them well for tonight's game.
