The Rocket Boys soccer team defeated the Buhler Crusaders last night 7-1 at home. Jonathan Thurn scored two goals; Joshua Herrera, Caden Davis, Brady Liebl, Lucas Goodrich, and Noah Plaza all scored one goal. Caden Davis led in assists with four of the goals.
“We played fast and well, and as we prepare for KC Piper, we are trying to stay healthy with our long stretch of games over the next two weeks,” Assistant coach Ross Nolan says, “We had a play at the beginning of the second half that was completely the boys, and we had a football formation and scored in ten seconds.”
Our faith in our soccer team was well placed as always. The Rockets are going up against KC Piper tomorrow in a set of away games. Go Rockets!
