Last night, the Lady Rocket Volleyball team lost against McPherson and Circle, dropping their record to 11-4 on the season. They lost 2-0 to McPherson and 2-1 to Circle. “We played two top 10 teams in the state last night and didn't come out the way we were hoping. We played well and hung with both teams, but we still didn't play our best. I am hoping we take these losses and use them to get better on some things we struggled with,” said head coach Cherith Mock.
Last night, Avery Hottovy had a breakout night with 15 kills and 18 digs. Chloe Mock also added 15 kills. The Lady Rockets play again this Saturday September 19th at the Chaparral tournament.
